DISCUSSION:
Since as early as 1991, the Building Official has req

WHEREAS, the City of Coppell, Texas, has received or exp{

Section 3: Applicability.
(a) New Towers and Antennas. All new towers or a

Section 9. Removal of Abandoned Antennas and Towers· Any ante
