Gentlemen:
We are in receipt of a letter dated October 2, 1986 from SVB Real Property
Services, Consultant to the City of Coppell, in which is stated the maximum
front foot rate of assessment of $130.56 and a "total front footage" of 388.58
for the subject property.
We have enclosed a copy of the deed for the abovementioned location and a
survey which relects a total front footage of 354.60 resulting in a total
assessment of $46,296.58 vs. the total assessment of $50,733.00 as stated in
SVB's letter or a difference of $4,436.00.
Would you please investigate the discrepancy in the "front foot" figures and
advise.
