BEING a tract of land situated in the McKinney and Williams
Survey, Abstract No. 1054, Dallas County, Texas, and being a
portion of a 10.003 acre tract of land as recorded in Volume
80106, Page 1302 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING from a point at the intersection of the south right-of-
way line of St. Louis Southwestern Railroad (a 100 foot right-of-
way) and the east right-of-way line of Denton Tap Road (a variable
right-of-way);
THENCE along the east right-of-way line of Denton Tap Road as
follows;
South 00 degrees 52 minutes West a distance of 620.30 feet to a
1/2 inch iron rod found for corner;
South 12 degrees 08 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of 102.28
feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for corner;
