Dear Si r:
In reference to Bore & encasement of Bethel Rd. at
the blinyard'§-warehouse location.
There was no pressure in]ection of water used and
the gteel casing were placed immediately after boring.
A depression was observed after a heavv rain near
the south edge of asphalt paving near the ix:esterlv bore.
Also, numerous sinking of pavement occured along bethel Rd.
for a period of time.
A sewer line was constructed by others in Bethel Rd.
prior to the placement of Bore & Encasement by our firm.
We have never had a roadwav failure caused bv placement
of bores.
Therefore Morrow Construction does not Feel liable
for any damage to roadway surface.
