RE: 1997/98 Sidewalk Replacement Project SW 97-01
Dear Mr. Jellkinn:
At the November 11, 1997 City Council meeting, the City Council awarded the referenced
project to your firm. Enclosed with his letter are three copies of the contract signed by the
Mayor. Please sign the three copies, provide the required bonds and return two of the copies
to the Engineering Department. One of the copies is for your record. Once the contracts have
been signed and returned to our office, a preconstruction meeting will need to be scheduled.
The inspector on this project will be Larry Davis. If you should have questions concerning this
