We are in agreement with the Impact Fee Schedule, you provided to
Washington & Associates, Inc., for our review on July 23, 1996.
It is our understanding from the discussions with your office,
Bethel Road is included in the Capital Improvement Program for
which these Roadway Impact Fees are collected. With payment of
these Roadway Impact Fees, our company will not be assessed any
additional costs for improvements along Bethel Road.
