At this time Minyards has approximately $300,000 worth of credits to utilize towards any
development fees as charged by the City of Coppell in conjunction with your planned expansion.
These fees can be used to offset building permit fees, water and sewer impact fees, etc. Ken
Griff'm, our City Engineer, will be responsible for ensuring that your fees are utilized in a
proper manner consistent with the 1988 agreement. He has been made aware of our
conversations and is ready to work with you and your architects and engineers.
We realize that you are about to embark on your expansion and if you have any problems
associated with the utilization of these credits, please advise Ken promptly.
