Thank you for your letter of April 18th asking if thc City has determined a way to utilize your
assessment credits. In a recent meeting with Bob Minyard, it has become apparent that future
expansion of the Minyards facility could result in capital improvement projects through which
the credits could be utilized, ff this scenario develops, I will keep you apprised as soon as
possible regarding the utilization of credits in Minyard's expansion plans.
