Dear Mr. Davis:
We received the as-built top of pavement spot elevations for the 24-foot fire lane from Loyd
Bransom Surveyors, Inc. on July 21, 1998. From review of these as-built pavement verification
grades it does appear that the fire lane generally conforms to the design specifications as shown on
the approved construction plans prepared by Washington & Associates, Inc. for Mansions By Ihe
Lake - Phase I.
