punch list is being sent to Lon8 constructions attention. Newport's objective is to see this

· Repair silt by l" inlet
Remove excess dirt at street inlets
· Install covers on all manholes
· Remove excess concrete and debris at street inlets by #27 & #28
Finish cutting inlet at building #20
· Re-compact and back fill at both inlets
· Reinstall fire hydrant caps all over
· Clean up excess pipe at #29
· Adjust and recorrect grade and excess dir~ at #29 by OPTEL sleeve
· Remove debris from both vaults
· Backfill and remove concrete overspill from both vaults
· Regrade ditch line along building ~/4
· Cut out drive at building #26 per field agreement
· Remove concrete at abandoned welt

· Remove excess dirt and bring back to grade #34 next to hydrant
· Reinstall bolts at bold down cover at property, line - beginning of channel
· Re~ade at top of channel for drainage per Larry Davis
· Repair silt fence at top of channel
· Missing cover for valve building ~9
· Regrade at building #8
· Remove Sanitary Sewer pipe and tr, ash at building #8
· Regrade and recompact all soil by street per LarD' Davis' second request
· Remove barricades at street
· Install plugs at all sanitary, sewer cleanouts
· Regrade around Fire Plug ~6
· Missing street valve cover ~6
· Regrade slope at single family to 3:1 ratio per Larry Davis - STILL NOT ACCEPTABLE
· Back fill water valve bowl at back of property to 3:t per Larry Davis- STILL NOT DONE
· Verifiy blow off valve with Lan2,.' Davis at SFL
· Regrade around back vault
