(FEMA) issue a conditional revision to ~e Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) for ~e City of Coppell and
Denton CounW, Texas and Inco~orated Areas. Pe~inent info~ation about the request is listed below.

We have complet~ an invento~ of ~e items ~at you submitted. The items identified below are required
before we can begin a derailed review of your request.
1. Our prelim~ review hdicams ~at ~is request also affec~ ~e City of ~wisville. Please provide
a letter from ~e Ciw of ~wisville Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or an official designated by the
CEO requesting or ~dorsing ~is request.
2. Our prelimi~ review indicates ~at ~ere is a discrepancy between ~e unencroached runs of the
flood having a 1-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood) for
Denton Creek in ~e multiple profile and fl~way m~els for ~e existing conditions and proposed
conditions. Please revise ~e models so ~at ~e unencroached base flood elevations agree for ~e
existing conditions and proposed conditions.
3. Please provide a computer diske~e conminhg ~e input and ou~ut files for all of ~e hydraulic m~els
submitted.
4. Please extend the mapping of the proposed base floodplain and floodway downstream to Cross
Section 35700 and upstream to Cross Section 40650 so that the tie-in of the proposed base floodplain
and floodway and the effective base floodplain and floodway is clearly shown.
If all required items are not submitted within 90 days of the date of this letter, we will treat any subsequent
request as an original submittal, and it will be subject to all submittal/payment procedures.
