Please accept this letter per our verbal agreement regarding Mansions by the Lake.~
Western Rim Investors agrees to hold thc City of Coppell harmless for any comments and/or changes that
may occur on the existing Civil Engineering plans which are currently submitted for reviews'. If these
changes effect the work completed, it will be the sole cost of the Owner to make all modifications.
We will speak with Lam-' Davis. your construction inspector prior to commencing an)' work on this
project.
