Dear Mr. Reue:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:

geotechnical report. The City Engineer has allowed one additional inch of paving or increase of

There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed,
the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If
