Final Letter of Map Revision
Mr. Griffin:
Soon we will be ready to apply for our final letter of map revision for the referenced project. As
part of that application, a few things are needed from the City. I am attaching a copy of the
conditional letter which describes the items the City must supply. These items are:
1. Community acknowledgment of map revision request. (Will be signed by you when we send
you the application package and as-builts)
2. A copy of the public notice distributed by the community stating the intent to revise the
floodway
3. A statement that the City will adopt and enforce the new floodway limits (a brief letter from the
City.)
All other items will be prepared by us or the developer.
Item 2 is usually done as an announcement in the local newspaper. I am writing to request that, if
you have not already done so, you prepare the public notice and run it in the official community
newspaper.
