1. Provide the entire floodplain note with the floodplain signature block.
2. Tie down the exact location of the floodplain with metes and bounds description.
3. Lighten up all the lines outside the limits of the property being platted.
We recommend that you only plat phase 1 at this time since you will have to replat when the
100-year floodplain is revised.
