SUMMARY OF INSPECTION:
The technician observed the concrete mixture at placement location. The
concrete was checked for proper mixing, and a visual estimate of slump was
made. Also, the concrete was observed for workability, consistency, and
uniformity. Samples of concrete were obtained for the required field tests
and preparation of compressive strength specimens for laborat ry testing.
Test results appear on Report of Concrete Compressive Strength.
