Pursuant to our conversation this morning, the City of Coppell has re/a ived your final plat for
the Vari-Lite property. We consider this a filing within the six month d~tlllne as imposed by
our subdivision regulations. However, no final signatures will be pla/ed on flfi.$ plat until all
impact fees are paid by the applicant. We reali~e that ~ is n X possible since final
development plans have not been submitted and, therefore, we are extruding our deadline for
payment of fees until October 1, 1996. If this date cannot be rmt, please notify us by
September 15, 1996 and a further extension will be considered.
