Why are we concerned about their ~udget? page 3 - the last sentence states that the owner will obtain all necessary se, and approvals from all governmental authorities. Elsewhere in the Iates that there is no requirement for payment of roadway impact fees. types of fees going to be applicable to this development, such as public tspection fees and any other water and waste water impact fees? page 4 - this section states there is no requirement to pay roadway impact ,1996 there was correspondence detailing available credits to offset the ~ct fees for this development. There was also a plat approved for this n January, 1996. In July, 1996 a letter was sent to Bruce Heller stating :ould not be processed until fees have been paid. The letter went on to vould extend the plat until October 1, 1996 and if that date could not be td to the City of Coppell prior to September 15, 1996 and a further .id be considered. I still have the plat in my possession waiting for fees t this time I am unclear as to whether we are actually going to waive the lct fees by validating the plat or if they have to go back through the ss which would require the payment of roadway impact fees. Paragraph 7, page 4 - this concerns the traffic signal and states that it will be installed by the City daring the first quarter of calendar year 1997. You may recall that we designed the ~raffic sign.al with the Parkway/MacArthur traffic light installation but because the '~e.ralite .p. roject had been setting dormant we did not award the project.
