RECOMMENDATION:
For the most part, this final plat agrees with the approved preliminary
plat. The remaining outstanding issues are related t~ the landscape plan.
The City's zoning ordinance requires off-street parld~g be screened from
all public rights-of-way by a wall, fence, hedge or berm. If a living
barrier is used it has to be at least 30 inches in l~eight at the time of
planting and must attain a minimum height of 31 feet one year after
planting. If other barriers are used they must be a ~uimum of 3 feet in
height. Therefore, the parking spaces adjacent to thl south loading dock
