Dear Bruce:
Pursuant to our recent conversations, let me once again reiterate that the
Project prospect is presently under review by the Planning & Zoning C¢
should be approved in time to provide an exemption from our Street h
which goes into effect in the latter part of January, 1996.
If for some reason, that process becomes derailed, the City is ready to star
discussions with you by implementing a Section 380 grant under the Loc~
in order to offset the street impact costs.
Please advise if further information. It appears that the pht ~pproval pro~
need to become concerned about a Section 380 grant.
