Enclosed are the two Easements you requested for water line improvements and
water meter vault improvements on property belonging to Minyards Food Stores, Inc. at
777 Freeport in the City of Coppell. I do not have the name of the officer who will sign
this on behalf of Minyards, so that and the other blank should be filled in at the time of
execution by that officer or the Notary Public. When these have been executed, please
