RE: Minyards Distribution 777 Freeport/Surcharge Fees
As discussed in previous months, the following surcharges
should be assessed as part of the monthly billing to the above
referenced commercial establishment.
Month Calculation
May 1990 = Consumption x 0.0000158
June 1990 = Consumption x 0.0000158
These surcharges are based on the measurements of BOD
(Biochemical Oxygen Demand) and TSS (Total Suspended Solids) that
have exceeded the requirements of the Minyards Wastewater Discharge
Permit.
