Subject: Fees Collected from Minyards Property
Please be advised that until further notice whenever Minyards Property
requests a permit for any reason or for the collection of water tap fees
of any sort the calculation should be completed and forwarded to the
Finance Department before any bill is submitted to Minyards
Corporation.
In October of 1988 the City entered into an agreement with Minyards on
the Bethel School Drainage Project, and according to the contract
Minyards is entitled to regain their portion by not being charged for
those permits or any other fees that the City charges them for. The
Finance Department will be deducting the proposed charges from the
amount that Minyard's has agreed to.
