Hopegully the letter we received this morning was written be[ore
I talked with you personally on the dt[[erence in elevations at
the Minyards Distribution Facility site. There is indeed some
error on the original topographic survey we received 2rom 5ur?ex,
Inc., Fort Worth, Texas. ?hey have since rerun the topo o2 this
site. You received a copy o2 this revised topo on November 21,
1979.
We see no reason to hold up the street design 2or the di22erences
that we have discussed with you. Our grades and drainage schematic
should not change signilicantly. We should like to continue to
work together 2or the best solution to both pro~ects.
