Attached is a spreadsheet combining both the 1991 and 1999 Road Programs. I will provide the Court with a general overview of its layout and content during the Court's proceedings. Once the Commissioners Court has taken action regarding the first issuance of the BSRP, ITS will contact the appropriate stakeholders in an effort to ensure that there are nO delays in project development.
