Dear Mr. Ralston:
This letter is to formerly notify you of items your company will
need to address in reference to the left turn lane constructed
by your company on Royal Lane.
1) Backfilling of Median
A) All backfill will need to be compacted to the back of curb
and hand raked to match the existing median.
B) All backfill material shall be free of concrete, rock, and
other debris.
C) Sealing of all joints.
D) Valve stack cover to be clean of concrete and painted red.
E) The two approach tie-in, north 'of your present Royal Lane
entry, will need to be either backfilled or completed to
keep water from contaminating Royal Lane subbase.
