WORK DESCRIPTION
1. Two hundred and ninety nine piers are completed.
2. Work was halted around 10:00 A.M. on October 30 because of rain.
3. It is expected that no additional concrete pours will occur today because of the mud on the tank pad.
4. The exposed steel reinforcement on the completed piers is being cut to 1' - 9" above the top of the piers.
5. The superintendent was made aware of silt fence problems. The silt fence located along the southeast corner of
the pump station site was knocked over by steel ties. Additional silt fence problems were discovered along the
southern fence line of the site.
6. The temporary culvert constructed on the site is not allowing the runoffto pass. Both ends of the pipe are
crushed. As a result, the rain that occurred on October 30 caused excessive ponding. The superintendent
indicated that the problem will be corrected.
7. An additional Natgun storage trailer was moved on site for the storage of hand tools. The trailer was placed on
the south side of the driveway that runs between the existing and proposed ground storage reservoirs.
