to Freeport Pkwy. - Coppell, Texas
Dear Mr. Minyard:
Pursuant to our previous meetings and telephone conversations, we
are transmitting the following information to you, as described
below, for your review, approval and execution.
We appreciate your cooperation and assistance with the City to
bring this mutually beneficial project forward and to see
progress on it within the next few weeks.
Our schedule, as you may know, calls for receiving bids on August
26, 1988. Upon both review and approval of the low bid, a
contract award would be appropriate at the September 13, 1988
City Council meeting. Since time is of the essence on this
matter, please feel free to call either myself or Mr. H. Wayne
Ginn, P.E. to discuss any of the items in greater detail.
Enclosed herewith are the following:
Contract in respect of Grant of Easements and Escrow
Agreement with City Attorney transmittal letter to Ginn,
Inc.
Exhibit 1, four easement instruments for waterline, drainage
and street right-of-way dedication.
Exhibit 2; Minyard letter dated August 1, 1988 to Ginn, Inc.
regarding approval of construction plan
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Alan D. Ratliff
