Dear Mr. Miller:
During the construction of the Coppell Postal Facility onwest Highway 121,
Weir Brothers hauled a large quantity of dirt out of the construction site and
west on Bethel Road, causing failure of the road base section and large
portions of the road itself. Temporary repairs were effected on the shoulders
of Bethel Road in scme sections, but the road has rapidly deteriorated and is
in very poor condition. Assurances were given to the City of Coppell that
final repairs w~uld be made at some time in the future, and this letter is to
seek information about those final repairs. West Bethel Road has deteriorated
rather rapidly and is in need of immediate attention. Please schedule for the
