Re:
Bethel Road Drainage Improvements
Post Office to Freeport Parkway
88157.02
Dear Mr. Minyard:
Attached are two prints each of the following documents:
A. Bethel Road Centerline & South Property Corners from Royal
Lane to Freeport Parkway.
B. A revised box culvert plan incorporating proposed street right-
of-way and an adjacent drainage easement.
The Bethel Road Centerline is based on a research of deeds and
county strip maps. As a result of our investigation and an
examination by Gin___~n, Inc., the following has been defined:
A. The center of the existing asphalt pavement in Bethel will be
the center of future paving improvements.
-' B. Ultimate street right-of-way for Bethel Road will be 110' wide.
C. A twenty-five foot wide drainage easement contiguous to the
future south right-of-way of Bethel Road would be appropriate.
Upon your acceptance of the alignment for Bethel paving and
drainage, we will complete calculations for all required street right-
of-way and the drainage easement.
We are awaiting your response and would appreciate acknowledge-
ment of our letter of June 22, 1988, so that we can complete our
advertlslng p~age. I~yoa-~ave-a~ny questions, please do not
hesitate to call.
Sincerely, /~h.. ,,
