Dear Mr. Morton,
This letter is to inform you that Weir Bros. Inc. will
immediately repair the damaged areas to Bethel Road from the
Coppell Postal Facility west to Hwy. 121. When Weir Bros.
Inc. has completed its work for the mail facility, final
repairs will be made if necessary to the portion of Bethel
Road mentioned above.
