RE: Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2, Block B
Dear Mr. Evans:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Indicate on the demolition plan that the water line will be cut and plugged to abandon.
2. Regarding the proposed grate inlet located in the fire lane, be aware that ponding will not be
allowed at this location.
3. In light of the proposed use for the addition, the stormwater runoff from this area should be
picked up within the limits of the wall and treated with a stormwater treatment device.
Specifically, this device should be used to treat oil or gas nmoff.
4. The paving design detail is an acceptable alternative to the City Detail. However, a letter
must be sent to the Engineering Department requesting a variance to the Subdivision
Ordinance.
5. Use City Standards for all details where they apply.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
