On December 22, 1996, a representative of MAXIlVl TECHNOLOGIES, INC. c
injection of water into the building subgrade for compliance with project specific
observed.
1. Injection depth intervals marked on rig.
2. Surfactant added to each load.
3. Injection pressure maintained at 50 PSI.
4. Probes forced downward in 12 to 18 inch intervals until
refusal.
5. Total depth required on injection 10 feet.
6. Spacing for injection @ a five feet maximum.
