HalffAssociates, Inc. 8616 Northwest Plaza Dallas, TX 75225 RE: Northlake 635 Business Park, Block B Lot 2 - Coppell Call Center Dear Mr. Acker: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. All fire hydrant locations need approval from the City Fire Marshall, Travis Crump. He can be reached at (972)304-3503. 2. Please show and label all detention areas on the drainage system plan and on the drainage area map. Also, show the headwall and pipe on the drainage area map. 3. Please include the detention basin supporting calculations on the drainage area map. 4. On the storm sewer plan, please refer to the City of Coppell construction standard SD3 for the concrete pavement replacement section. 5. Please verify on the calculation table labeled "Drainage Calculations for Crestside Drive" dated 8/25/98 that the roughness coefficient being used is n=0.013. Also, please verify the T¢ used for drainage areas 26 and 27 should be 11 minutes. 6. Please provide a separate sheet showing the revised off-site drainage areas for Northlake 635 Business Park. Indicate how the drainage areas and demands have changed for the drainage system in-place. Also include on this plan sheet the calculations shown in the table entitled "Drainage Calculations for Crestside Drive" provided to the City on 8/25/98. There are various other comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be submitted to the City for review.
