On December 17,1996, a representative of MAXIM TECFINOLOGIES, INC.
injection of water into the building subgrade for compliance with project specific

1. Injection depth intervals marked on rig.
2. Surfactant added to each load.
3. Injection pressure maintained at 50 PSI.
4. Probes forced downward in 12 to 18 inch intervals until
