On the paving plan, indicate the proposed paving thickness for the approaches within City right-of-way. 2. Any utility, crossings require a minimum of 24" clearance or concrete encasing. 3. All fire hydrant locations need approval fi.om the City Fire Marshall, Travis Crump. He can be reached at (972)304-3503. 4. Provide wastewater access devices for all sanitary sewer services at the easement line. 5. Provide details for the proposed open street cuts to connect to the existing storm sewer lines in Crestside Drive and lakeshore Drive. 6. Due to the proposed closure of one lane of traffic, please contact the Streets Department at (972)304-3543 48 hours prior to beginning storm sewer construction. There are various other comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be submitted to the City. for review.
