This letter is in response to a July 28, 1997 written request from Todd Abbott
concerning the availability of utilities to the above reference property.
knowledge, the utilities are as listed:
Water
There is currently a 12" water line in the west right-of-way of Belt Line Roa~
the east side of the referenced property and ends at the southeast comer. Ak,
line in the north right-of-way of Lakeshore Drive which connects to a 12"
right-of-way of Wrangler Drive.
Sanitary_ Sewer
There is currently a 12" sanitary sewer line in the west right-of-way of
sanitary sewer line begins at the southeast comer of the site and flows to t~
a 10" which changes to a 12" sanitary sewer line in the south right-of-way c
flows east into the 12" sanitary sewer line in Belt Line Road.
As always, in the development of your property the engineer for the develop~
