Your request is for an offset in cre~ under Ordinance 95685 and Resolution 010996.2. Your second request is for a credit on the assessment paid on Beltline Roa~ for 100% credit; however, Ordinance 95685 states that you can only re amount of a fraction of which the numerator is the impact fee actua denominator is the maximum impact fee that could be assessed. Secondly, you have a $93,383.86 credit under Ordinance 95685 which will be credited at a rate of 23.85 % per equivalent service unit. We also would like to stress that if ownership has changed in any tract of I: u~d, the credits will run with the ownership of the land. Therefore, if any property has changed hands in recent days, the new property owners will be eligible for a percentage of the credits being allocated to Westmark Realty.
