Based on our calculations, then, you have a credit under Resolution 010996.2 of $1,263,093.86
for fifty percent offset against any impact fees on a case by case basis. This am be utilized until
such time as it is exhausted and we encourage you to utilize this credit befo ~e using your credit
for Beltline Road. Secondly, you have a $93,383.86 credit under Ordinance 95685 which will
be credited at a rate of 23.85 % per equivalent service unit.
We also would like to stress that if ownership has changed in any tract of I: u~d, the credits will
run with the ownership of the land. Therefore, if any property has changed hands in recent
days, the new property owners will be eligible for a percentage of the credits being allocated to
Westmark Realty.
