Re: '~ Drainage Improvements
~ P~opoSed 6 F~e~~-:PO~a~erVice
Dear Mr. Doyle:
At your instructions, we have reviewed a proposed alignment for a
6" ~oFce main. Our concerns are as follows:
1. As proposed, the force main crosses a drainage easement at the
northwest corner of the Minyard's site. A utility or sanitary
sewer easement will be needed from Minyard's.
~. Once this force main is built, it will be awkward to relocate.
The proposed alignment fronting Minyard's may conflict with
construction of a second 10' x 5' culvert required to operate
current Royal Lane hydraulics. Full development will require
additional culverts. How will these probable facilities tie into
the Postal drainage at the northwest corner of the Minyard
site and clear this proposed force main?
Sincerely,
Director, Civil Engineering
