Enclosed for your approval are 6 sets of plans entitled "Contract Documents~
Bid Package One-Site, August, 1987." These plans include the site rough grading,
structural fill for the building foundations, water and onsite ~'ewer lines, and
storm drainage facile'ties. ( A subsequent package will be issued for the
construction of the buildings parking area pavement, and an offsite sanitary

A contractor has been selected for "Bid Package One-S~e" and ~e pIan to
start construction early ~n October. ~e ~ques~ tha~ a construction
~ssued for ~his pack~e. Per previous d~scuss~ons ~i~h Gabe Favre, the only fee
required at ~hls gime is the "water ~ap fees." P~ease advise us ~ this ~s no~
correct. ~t is our understanding ~hat ~he U.S.P.S. does not pay a "Construction
Permit Fee" or a "Building Perm~ Fee." ...... . .....
Please note that the Dralna~e Area ~p was not included in the Bid Package.
I have included three copies of it for your use in reviewin~ the plans.
