Walk thru for Northlake Woodlands 635 Business Park
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on May 1,
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. Clean out vault.
2. Clean out double check box on both meter boxes in front.
3. Need Fire Hydrant button in street
4. Need extension on both MLV near vault
5. Center man-hole over sewer line.
