Field Inspection Report
Initial roof deck inspections were completed on this date as was t~
Observations were as follows:
1. Failed, missing or otherwise nonconforming deck attachment pudd
with orange paint. Deck panels were not welded adjacent to sk
the skylight frames would not let deck bear on joists.
2. Deck angle splices have still not been welded at several locations

3. Notches in deck support angles were splinted by adding a 1/4
