An additional jobsite visit was made on this date to perform visual
connections including joist bearing conditions in the high roof s~
Also, roof deck attachment conditions were examined throughou
Observations were as follows:
Deck puddle welds and side lap screw conditions were satisfactory
section.
Deck support angles need additional weld to precast panel embe
south wall lower level.
Vertical legs of notched deck support angles at lower level we~
horizontal legs were not.
Due to misalignment with panel embeds, several joist bearing b~
all around. A "minimum amount" clarification is needed for the
