Dear Mr. Kiowski:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by
Steven M. Morton, Chief Land Development Inspector, of the City of
Coppell.
Drainage Improvements have been verified and are in compliance with the
City of Coppell standard requirements.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received
from the contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the
date of this letter.

Please find attached, evidence of a certificate of deposit in the name of
Southwest Construction and the city of Coppell in the amount of one
thousand dollars.
I am submitting this to you in lieu of a maintenance bond for the approaches
at the above referenced project.
I understand that after a period of one year the city of Coppell will release
the full amount of the CD including all accumulated interest providing
there is no claim against it for maintenance of the above. I trust that this
is acceptable as it is in keeping with our previous conversation.
