Dear Ed,
I am writing this letter at your request to confirm our
agreement with the City to make certain modifications to our
construction plans. In our meeting this morning with Chief
Mayfie!d, Troy Glidewell, Steve Goram and yourself, we all
agreed to the -~ollowing changes:
1 Nikor Company will ~)rovide a fifteen foot utility
easemen% over the water line and fire hydrant located
along ~.~..~ western., edco~ of ~he~ property.
2 Nikor Companv will add tc the construction of utilities
a manho]~ se[~arating the private utility line f~o.,, the
dedicated line, located along tko southeastern edge of
the ~;.rooerty.
3 The City of Coppe].] will allow Nikor Company to delete
~he insta]iment of a fire hydrant located midwav between
the north and south property line along Crestside Drive,
since an existing plug has already been installed just
south of the property by Connell.

Xikor can and will make the necessary decisions in order to keep
