Dear Mr. Martin:
With regard to our discussion, we request approval to tie the new landscape meter for irrigation of
the new landscaped areas of the project to the existing 4" line across the frontage of our site as shown
on thc enclosed plan.
This line had previously existed for the purpose of irrigating the athletic fields on school grounds
west of us. In tact, McCollister agreed to allow the on-going use of that line during the course of
much of our construction period at the request of the City of Coppell.
This procedure would allow us to avoid boring under Crestside Drive to tap the water line on the
opposite side of the street.
We appreciate your consideration of this issue and are available to discuss it further with you.
