City Council approved the new Site Plan showing the new improvements on this property on August 10, 1999. TRANSPORTATION: Crestside Drive is a C2U two-lane undivided thoroughfare contained within 60 feet of fight-of-way. Item # 13 SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING: North- vacant; "LI" Light Industrial South- vacant; "A" Agriculture East - office facility; "LI" Light Industrial West - Coppell Middle School campus; "C" Commercial COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows the property as suitable for industrial and showroom uses. DISCUSSION: The submitted replat and minor plat conforms to the approved site plan. The only outstanding minor change is to move the curve data table outside the plat drawing. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Staff recommends approval of this replat and minor plat subject to the following condition being met: 1) Moving the curve data outside the plat drawing. 2) Submit blackline priuts on white paper instead of bluelines for the next submittal. 3) The 13 foot TP&L easement must remain free and clear of all obstructions. (See TXU Electric & Gas Comments) ALTERNATIVES: 1) Recommend approval of the request. 2) Recommend disapproval of the request 3) Recommend modification of the request 4) Take under advisement for reconsideration at a later date.
