Jim,
As per our conversation recently, concerning the sewer line that is on the back ~,33~ v
side of the nursery property at 794 So. Denton tap road, we estimate that the line is approx. 800
fl. long by 20 ft. wide. At this time we have our property up for sale at a cost of 5.50 per ft."-"-'
and we estimate that the price will be 88,000.00 for 16000 sq. t~.
As of now we don't know what the lawyers fee will be as we haven't seen a bill, but we
estimate that to be around 25,000.00 if this is to continue.
Jim we would like to get this taken care of as soon as possible as this has been ongoing for a ~,. Iq'lb
