I would like to obtain [under the Texas open record act ] a copy of the contract between the
engineering/Consulting firm and the city ofCoppell, a4th regard to the relocation of the 8" line
under the dan right of way near Denton Tap Road. I would also like a copy of any settlement agreement
between the city and the engineering/consultant firm. Ken Griffin can identify the engineer and contract
involved
