~: Fill Permit For North Lake Nursery
I checked the area of the proposed fill and have reviewed the above
request, and in general, we don't have any objections.
The above referenced property is not in the floodplain, however,
per the sub-division ordinance, the owner should submit grading
plans prepared by registered professional engineer's signature and
seal, to insure proper drainage on the site, and as it may impact
adjacent properties.
Per conversation with Greg Jones, Building Inspection Department,
they do not have any grading plan as of this date. It is our
understanding that a fill permit is required for this type of fill.
I checked the area and it appears that it is approximately 330 c.y.
(+-), dirt is placed on this property.
Please let us know, if you have any questions.

TO: Steve Goram, Director of Public Works
FROM: Dale Jackson, Chief Building Offi~'~
SUBJECT: Field Permit for Northlake Nursery
As was discussed on the telephone a couple of weeks ago, I am sending you a copy of the area
that Northlake Nursery is proposing to fill. The "X~' indicates the current location of the
building, the rectangle indicates the proposed location of the building. The green area indicates
dirt that is being stock piled on the property.
The actual proposed fill area will be only the proposed location for the building. The ground
in that area will be raised two to three feet.
